@10JR

The only advice we can give at this time of night is Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

As for tomorrow Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or in store with photo ID.

You could also go to a 24 hour store and get a PAYG sim for emergency use.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Re Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update , the process in the section entitled "Via My O2:" changed recently, viz:

SIM swaps can now also be actioned via your My O2 app. You’ll find an option of ‘Swap your SIM’ under ‘Manage your account’. You’ll need to re-enter your My O2 username and password, you’ll then be sent a verification code via text to your phone.

As O2 recently changed from sending an OTP or OTA password via SMS, to using your phone's biometric security interface to identify you - at least this is the case for O2 Consumer Contract and regular PAYG accounts.

A guide in need of update, @Dave-O2 (the Forum Manager), take note!

Good luck, @10JR.
