My phone states the error in the title.
Can't contact the customer service as the chat sends me to the phone and the phone doesn't work.
Tried from another phone and I gave up after half an hour in queue.
The virtual assistant is the worst kind of AI I have seen since forever so I won't even mention it.
Is there a workaround/solution to this?
I have a galaxy edge s25 256gb android.

Can't call 8002, I can only call the 0800 from a phone not mine with the obvious constraint that I can keep someone else's phone for hours.
I tried social media and noone even bothered reading my message.
Tried the chat but the smart AI wants me to call the number and I cannot for the life of me talk to a human.
I cannot go to a phisical store as there is none in proximity. hence why I tried to get a new sim or whatever online. also interestingly enough everytime I enter the mybusiness page. it recreates the user again and locks me out for 24 / 48 hours...
