Retrieve 3 year old phone records for legal purposes.

I understand that personal account records for mobile phones are kept for 2 years but wondered if this was the same for large 02 business accounts. Supplied phone record evidence covering the period June 2018 for a court case has in Nov 2020 been discovered to be corrupted and prior to contacting the court I would like to know if it exists either directly or indirectly.

@PJS You would need to speak to O2 Business on 8002 from your phone.

I believe 0800 977 7337 is the number you can use if you don't have an O2 account to ring 8002.
