Issues with 4G

Has anyone else experienced issues with 4G not working in Cardiff mainly. If I switch to 3G works fine. According to 02 there are no issues with 4G in Cardiff ? Any help would be appreciated. I'm using Android v9. Thanks !

Hi all. I'm trying to move a number to a new SIM. The number on the back doesn't start with 894411 and the online tool is saying that it is invalid. Am I missing something here? BTW, I'm trying to move from a standard SIM to a nano SIM Thanks, Alex
