Hi im in eu but my data is not working what i have to do

Where abouts are you trying to access data from? and what handset are you using?

A few things to try

1. Check Mobile Data Roaming is set to on
2. Select 4G if on a 5G handset and set down to 3G if needed
3. Try and manually select a Roaming network

If none of these work then you can contact o2 via live chat @ https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and check if any roaming bars are on your account

If you have an iPhone then change the APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk" whilst abroad.

It's more likely that you have a Roaming bar applied to your account though, so as said above, you need to contact O2 to get it lifted. A few more numbers included in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
