Can I get phone records for legal purposes?

I need to obtain the record of the length of a call made to me on January 22nd 2018 but O2 doesnt keep records that far back. does anyone have any idea how I can obtain these?

You can only get details of outgoing calls and texts.
There are no records of incoming ones except that stored on your own phone log.
