@Bruce09 Aerial Direct are one of O2's so called 'trusted partners', but if you do a search here you'll see a litany of complaints about them. They have a terrible reputation.
I've never heard of this O2 telefast system you mention, and nothing comes up in a Google search.
The business customer service numbers are 8002 from your mobile or 0800 977 7337 from any phone.
To be honest, it sounds like you've been scammed.
