I’ve paid my phone bill but o2 have still cut me off and I can’t get in contact with them any ideas

You will probably be connected again when the system updates at midnight but live chat can connect you straight away out they can see the payment on the account. After you contract them you will need to reboot your phone to complete the reconnection.
