hi
i have an i phone 4 on o2.
i then bought a second i phone 4, bought a new sim from giff gaff for use in this.
i had problems with the transfer of the giff gaff sim - i was migrating a number from tesco.
As the giff gaff sim wasnt working in the new iphone, i put it in my i phone which runs on o2 and updated the settings on a link that appeared by text.
subsequntly i have realised this is not right and this giff gaff sim was put back in the new i phone and activated correctly.
now my o2 iphone will not connect correctly to the internet. can any one help me with this?

unfortunatley we had problems dealing with your request for settings,
please contact customer services.
any more ideas? other than call O2

Make sure your data settings are:
Cellular data network: mobile.o2.co.uk
Username: vertigo
Password: password

or try this is not working.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all network settings

Tried both but it says giff gaff? not o2
