Sim swap

Anonymous
Not applicable

hi been waiting on my sim being activated for just over 12 hours but I'm worried that if it doesn't activate today then I won't be able to get in contact with O2 as don't know if they are open over new year. Any ideas on now much longer the sim will take just keep getting the message "no service"

Pretty sure most of them don't even know what a phone is.

On your old phone/sim txt

SWAP to 20220

Just follow the instructions:)

You need to check there is no signal on your old phone as that is the first step in the swap process.

Try putting the swap through again. It may have not gone through properly last time.

Either using the web portal or txt service.

It was the O2 guru who did it last night because the service kept saying error! Should I try again even though he was meant to have done it through the system?
