iPhone 7 plus volume button stuck

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've had my iPhone 7 plus for a couple of months and the volume down button is now completely unresponsive. It's not 'clicking' and is flush with the case, like it's stuck in.

I've read that this has happened to quite a few iPhones lately. Is this covered by o2 warranty? What's my next step?

Many thanks.

Have you tried carefully cleaning around the button in case something is stuck to it?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
