Solved: iPhone 11 in call volume low

My iPhone 11 has very low in call volume which I struggle to hear despite being on full

Unless you have something covering the earpiece, I'd contact Apple to run a diagnostic check.

Perhaps get your phone checked out by Apple, @Emmacb43 - any large Apple Store should be able to give it the once-over to see where the problem lies.
