Has my speaker broken. I can only hear faintly when people talk through my loud speaker

Hi @Anonymous What sort of phone have you got? Have you checked all the sound settings? Is the phone still under warranty?. If you pop back and give us some more information we may be able to advise further...

Have you tried turning the volume up?
