If yes and still not working, you might need to call customer services and ask for the idata bolt on to be added to your account.
This will mean that o2's systems will know you are an iPhone user and allow some Apple services to work.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Goto Settings >Phone >My Number and check the correct number is showing.
