Have you tried editing your number in your phone settings as suggested above @Hb?
If yes and still not working, you might need to call customer services and ask for the idata bolt on to be added to your account.
This will mean that o2's systems will know you are an iPhone user and allow some Apple services to work.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

@Hb

Goto Settings >Phone >My Number and check the correct number is showing.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
