Unlock Iphone 6

I`m tried unlock my o2 Iphone 6 but didn`t work. Could someone help me?

I'll mention @Marjo who will more than likely message you for more info tomorrow. Thyere is a problem right now unlocking going through the normal procedure.

It's a problem, like many others, which has gone on for a long time without a fix.

Honestly, it's a simple enough thing to do, but it  needs our community managers to intervene to get this done quickly.

We probably need to ask why O2 aren't in any hurry to process an unlock and why there is such a backlog?

I just feel sorry for those people who don't come to the forum.

I also feel just as sorry for @EmilieT and @Marjo who have to add this task to their other duties.

I have a nasty feeling this backlog is since they announced that all o2 phones are to come factory unlocked

You are probably right @Anonymous though I still can't see why. Unless it's to encourage folk to buy a new phone?
