What is the difference between tempered glass and a screen protector for iPhone 6?

Which is better? I don't want it to interfer with the touch screen part of the phone.

The main difference will be the price. Glass is probably preferable. Most screen protectors won't interfere with the sensitivity of the screen. If there's an Apple approved one, you should use that. Barring that, you should Google the ones you're interested in and look for reviews.

I was told that the tempered glass is thicker and so it interferes with the touch screen and makes it not work as well.......Whistle

...whoever told you that needs their head examing Bang

Tempered glass shields DO NOT interfere witht the screens at all!  They are stupidly thin and are there to protect th screen of the phone!

I guess its donw to personal choice - a tempered glass shield will obviously last longer and be more hard wearing than your standard 'flimsy' style ones!

Physics!
Both surfaces are perfectly flat and smooth so they bind together.
