I'm recycling my old iPhone 6 back to O2.  I have been told to remove pin locks/account locks and back up my content and factory reset the device.  I have no idea how to do any of these things and despite searching on the O2 website, I can't find anything to help me.  Can somebody tell me how to do these things please?  Thank you slight_smile

Back your phone up by syncing the device with your lightning cable to iTunes on a pc or Mac. You can reset it in settings. Reset>erase all settings & media

turn off find my iphone in iCloud first if you have find my iPhone enabled

You won't be able to backup passwords unless you encrypt your backup on a PC or Mac.
