I'm recycling my old iPhone 6 back to O2. I have been told to remove pin locks/account locks and back up my content and factory reset the device. I have no idea how to do any of these things and despite searching on the O2 website, I can't find anything to help me. Can somebody tell me how to do these things please? Thank you

Back your phone up by syncing the device with your lightning cable to iTunes on a pc or Mac. You can reset it in settings. Reset>erase all settings & media
turn off find my iphone in iCloud first if you have find my iPhone enabled

If no pc etc use iCloud backup (not everyone uses a pc or mac)
