Is it the phone using data or O2 telling you it's using data?
Have you reset your data counter on phone and checked actual handset usage?

Any apps will still be updating in the background. Have you checked in the settings what is actually using the data?

On the iPhone, you can disable data by app.
I think that is what @Belle05 has done already?

I wasn't sure if that was what the OP had actually done. It's possible that it's the same iPhone usage issue that has cropped up again this past week or so.

Yep, that's why I parked the link so we could flag it to @Martin-O2 if confirmed.

Good spot @MI5 There are 2 threads with a similar issue so it's definitely worth reporting in case it's part of a wider issue.

@Belle05 I'd like to get a few details on this to help O2 investigate so I'll send you a private message slight_smile
