Hi @Anonymous Take the sim out and gently clean it with a soft cloth, reinsert and reboot your phone...

Just a query, Have you been using this sim without problems before? If so you may need to order a new one online or from an O2 shop. Otherwise ring customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Usually the sign of a failing SIM card. Pop in to an o2 shop for a free replacement before it completely fails.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
