my phone is an android with my virginmedia emails converted from my laptop to gmails on the phone.

I keep gettin a message saying "Correct credentials needed for jatkinson15**Personal info**"

I have tried to edit the password on the screen that comes up when you click on this message, but it comes up as invalid ???

This is not allowing me to use the emails on my phone ?

Is there a cure for this ?

Lots of issues with virginmedia email accounts currently.

Do they work when on wifi?

You can try deleting the account from your phone and set it up again, but the issue is intermittent so may come and go.
