When I took out my Apple Watch Series 9 with O2, it was on a promotion where you could claim a pair of Beats Flex for £1 instead of £69.99.

Today, I’ve received the promotion code via text message and link from O2 in order to be able to claim this offer from their website. The promotion code is invalid when I add the product to be basket. I’ve called customer service twice (first time I was on hold for almost 1 hour) but both times the customer service advisors have cut me off when trying to transfer me to another department and there’s just no way I’m phoning back again today, I’ve got stuff to do. Was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem and if they managed to get around it somehow?

Thanks in advance!

Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

Hey! Had the same offer, bought Apple Watch series 9 on 11th January. I didn’t get any code, called them and they told me they can’t see that offer ever being there. Ridiculous to say the least! Escalated to complaints department. So poor. Felt like I'm imagining things.

I’d actually forgotten all about the offer until I’d gotten the text from O2 with the code. 24 hours later, I tried the code and it worked. It must take 24 hours or so after they’ve sent the code for it to activate. It’s all sorted now, my earphones arrived today and only cost me £1! 😄

Have you looked at the Guide: Gift with Purchase  guide that @MI5 posted above ?

I should also mention that O2 complaints are currently running at eight weeks to investigate and respond to a complaint. Hence, you probably won't hear back from them until mid-March.

Please keep us updated on developments.

if that question is intended for @Madara or for @Oxygen87, you need to tag them thus. 👍
