I am not able to setup Mobile Service via my iPhone for my Watch Ultra 2. I get an error code 90. Please help. Thanks.

Maybe someone actually did something at O2's end to resolve this ? We might never know !

Thanks very much this worked for me.   I think I scrolled down to 'Apps by usage' and turned OFF 'Watch' - then tried to activate the plan but it didn't work then went back to Apps by usage and turned ON 'Watch', then went through the airtime activation again and it worked.

I got this to work by turning Wifi off on the iPhone and added the plan over Mobile Data.

Having the same issue.  App keeps telling me it is activating and mentions ref code 08.  I've spoken to everyone at O2 several times and no-one knows how rot sort it out.

Very frustrating

Search the forum here, you may find an answer - or take your phone, watch and some photo ID into an O2 shop and let them work on it for you, @DocSi.
