The V20 isn't on the list of supported devices https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling but that list maybe out of date.
The fact you can use it on your router at home suggests there isn't a problem with the configuration on your phone but you may not be in range of an open wi-fi network or O2 wi-fi hotspot (look here for nearest ones https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity)

Sim maybe faulty if not but any o2 shop will check and replace for you.

Hey @krystian1, I was wondering if you had made any progress on this since you last posted? Did any of the suggestions above help?
