Hi

You might have to be a little bit more specific with the issues you're experiencing?

Where abouts are you located? and have you checked whether or not work is being carried out on masts in your area on http://status.o2.co.uk/

Interesting, for what exactly do you feel you should be compensated?

If your having downtime due to mast issues then once they have been resolved you could ask O2 for a goodwill gesture. They don't have to offer anything so be prepared if they say no.

You can make your request by phone call via 202 contract / 4445 payg

Are you saying you have no service at all in any location?

Maybe you aren't sure, so give us some more information and we'll try and help you.

I've got a problem which might be coverage but may be not.  I work in Victoria London SW1 - I can make calls and get internet coverage but I can't get texts to transmit.  I went into the O2 shop today and they changed my SIM card but this didn't solve the problem.  This has beeen going on for some weeks. I'm having to use up my call allowance to speak to people when I could send texts - I see this as really poor service and I'm stuck in a two year contract I find if I walk 100 yards in one direction a text will transmit - so is this coverage?  If so I couldn't even get a text to tramsnit in the O2 shop.

If the phone has enough signal to make a call, it should also have enough signal to send an sms (mms is different). Have you tried inputting your message centre settings again?
