NO Service at all - help!!!

I was wondering if anyne has any idea why I have no signal or on off signal from o2 for 3 weeks. I have a no service sign in the top right - circle with a line through it. My messages are not being sent and i am receiveing messges & voicemails hours if not days later. 

 

I know the phone is fine as when i go out and log into the cloud it is fine 50% of the time. I have swiitched it on/off, reset it and stlll th eservice I am getting fomr O2 is awful.

 

It is no the phone as I have only had it for a year and also the last phone I had was on orange and no problem at all.

 

I am based in Farnham, Surrey and looking at the service info on here there should be no problem.:mansad:

 

Any help would be truly appreciated as its driving me mad as I need my phone for work 24/7 due to the nature of my job, I have to be on call.

Hi, you have no signal only home or at all?
Have you try put sim in any other phones?
Or as MI5 say sim...they change it in the shop immediatelly...

It could be your sim card. Pop into store and get it checked out.

Ask your neighbours and friends around where you are to see if they are on O2 and having the same issue.

If so challenge O2 regarding the mast status and ask them to report it too.

Their numbers are in the contact us link at the bottom of the page.

Try turning off 3G to see if 2G gives a better experience.

Also try cleaning the sim card too to remove static build up.
