no phone signal

I have been loosing my phone signal over the last two weeks I can't call, send or receive text a lot of time.  My other phone on pay and go is having the same problem and ì cant call customer service as I loose signal and get cut off every time

Hi.

Try removing your sim and clean it and switch to 2g by turning off 3G settings in your phone if you can.

If you still want to contact O2 customer services then you can ring them from a landline if your mobile connection gets cut off.
