If you don't have access to your order confirmation, you can go into my o2 and select see my previous orders.
Click that, find order, print.
That is proof of purchase

Did you not get a receipt when you bought the phone...or even an email notification?

Hi RickyAurelian and Welcome to the Forum.

Can you clarify where you obtained the phone from.

If you need this information for an insurance claim, and you purchased from O2 then you can ring Customer Services and they can send you this information ->

If you purchased from a retailer then they should keep these transactions on file.
