I have a Samsung S III mini. I live near Tonbridge, Kent and receive a poor signal ( one bar if lucky ) only 27 miles or so from the centre of London. I find this surprising and am also surprised that the O2 store didn't check this at time of purchase. I would like to stay with O2 but need a solution so that I can use my phone with a good signal - surely a reasonable request ?
