Hi,
my pixel 6 suddenly stopped working about two weeks ago. The screen just went black. I took it into my local O2 store and they sent it off for repairs under warranty on 3rd April 2022.
They told me it would take about a week and it would get posted back to me. It’s day six now so I thought I would check the repairs tracker and it doesn’t seem to have moved at all
3/4 - device is ready to be shipped
4/4 - the product is packed and ready to be shipped
4/4 - device is awaiting reception in repair center
My interpretation is it’s arrived at the repair centre and that’s it? Has anyone had any experience with this tracker?
