Re: Waitrose will not connect through

Recently Waitrose changed the O2 welcome page (all ads) since I cannot connect. It gets as far as the advert page and says welcome (my name) so it's all working. But there is no internet. ? At the top says open your browser to complete, and it just cycles again to the same page. No 'continue' button and click on any ad nothing happens.
Moto G 2nd, have flushed DNS. But it works everywhere else, just gets stuck on Waitrose.
Any ideas?

In every Waitrose or just one particular store?

Another device works in Waitrose, and I have found that my Moto does not work in all hotspots (not all O2). So it looks like my end. Will try looking at some other settings.

No change, tried reinstalling O2 wifi app, cleared dns, gets to this page and no further. Using he search box recycles it back to the same page.
Stumped.
