Unlock pattern forgotten

Right, my Mrs got an upgrade its got fingerprint and she changed her pattern lock because I did now she is certain it is right however it says its wrong! I can't find it on the 'find my device app or browser and don't have access to a pc to do companion reset! What can I do to reset the phone! She wants it reset!

If you know your Google login details just boot it into recovery mode and factory reset it. You need Google details as it will be required to complete the reset.
Recovery mode is accessed by holding volume up, home button (if fitted) and power all together until you see an android appear on screen.

@Mase If you put the wrong pattern in 10 times it will ask you to reset your device with your Gmail address and password. You can then reset the pattern. You will probably have to reset your fingerprint too, if you want to use that.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You have to unlock the phone with the pattern before the fingerprint will work. Just for future reference.

I've done the wrong code 10 times and I'm just stuck waiting for 120 seconds! If we took it to o2 could they unlock it or just simply reset it?

They may be able to @Mase However if you have hardlocked it, that will be a much more difficult problem...
