Unable to send text message to 1 particular number

Have got a HTC10 and have been unable to send a text message to 1 particular number......... I can send whatsap but not a text.......any ideas what the problem could be........any help is most welcome

Maybe they have blocked your number.
Get them to check the spam list in their message app.

Does it appear to be sent on your phone,, saved as a draft or unsent.

Have you been able to send previously.

Do you have credit and or a text message allowance.

If all is okay at your end and it says sent then follow @MI5 advice.
