Hello, 

 

I have a new pay as you go 02 sum card and topped up a significant amount - £10 was deducted for the monthly bundle cost, I have gone onto Google playstore and tried to set up 02 billing however it says sending account verification text to 02, I then get a pop message from 02 informing me my PAYG balance and then I get the message "can't verify your account. Try again later. " [OR-DVASA2-03]

 

I get the above message whether going into Google play store and attempting to set up 02 billing from there or when purchasing a in app purchase and attempting to pay via 02 billing from there. 

 

Another weird thing, not sure if this is linked to the above issue but when messaging 2020 with the text "NUMBER" in order to find out my PAYG number I also do not get any response. 

 

Perhaps a faulty PAYG sim? 

 

Please help!
