Hi, can anyone help? I have a recorded message that works fine on playback. But I've discovered that callers aren't getting it. Instead they're getting an automated 'number not recognised' message. I've missed calls because callers are assuming they have the wrong number so don't try again.

Tried the help number already. They were no help at all. Said they'd pass it on as a 'priority' several days ago. Since then, nothing.
