My S7 edge, for some reason, rebooted itself and the phone was left on the Samsung screen so I rang O2 up and they said I needed a replacement which I got today, I noticed that the seal had been opened so I contacted them again, they told me I would need another replacement phone which should come in 3-4 days, JEEEZ. If you could just remove the battery the problem could have been resolved in 10 seconds, anyone else had this problem?

Samsung are laughable, I'd rather give £900+ to charity and I have, Dove House Hospice, Hull.

Let's hope you don't need anymore warranty claims then.......

As an aside I see another S7 with the seal broken? Getting beyond a joke now slight_frown

Hi guys,

In relation to the broken seal issue on the S7 packaging O2 and Samsung are looking into the cause but there is nothing to indicate tampering at this time.

I'll provide a further update as I get any new information.

Why would they open a box to check it's ok? The box quite openly states do not accept if the seal is broken.
