Sim unlock code

Hi, I am trying to unlock an old Samsung s6 so I can use another sim in it, I called o2 so that they could send me an unlock code, however, I have entered the code and it just says code unsuccessful. Does anyone know how I get past this?? Thanks

Have you tried it with another sim? It may not be locked. However here's the guide for unlocking

There were a lot of problems with unlocking the S6 back in the day.

I'll tag @EmilieT to take a look for you and I'd advise you not to enter any more codes until you hear from her.

I am trying to use an EE sim in it and it says sim network not available and it’s telling me to enter a sim unlock code

Yes I’m using it right now In an iPhone, just want to go back to android cause I hate iPhones lol
