Hi have stopped receiving messages from bank to make payments, rang them and they said all was ok their end.
I have samsung s7 and never any problems before.
Anyone know any solutions?

@Devy33 Do you not have a direct debit set up? It would avoid problems like this. Call customer service on 202

@Devy33 I recall a couple of previous customers with similar issues but I don't recall a resolution. @Martin-O2 could you check if there are any issues with one time passcodes currently?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes it has been a problem for a while and seems to affct customers irrespective of the phone they have.

Hi all, thanks for the replies.
Got it sorted, work mobile is Vodafone and changed to that, no issues now.
Must be a network problem..
If O2 could check it out and sort..
