OTP stopped working for Santander

Hi, I am having problems with receiving  OTP’s from Santander on my iPhone. I received one about a week ago but since I have had any. Checked with Santander and they have confirmed they were sent. 

any ideas?

Did you port your number into o2, as if you did it could be a routing issue with your old network. 

 


The best thing to do , is to contact o2 either call them on 202 or  If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Try turning off wifi first.

Hi @MI5 Tried it a couple of times off wifi, I have also turned it on and off etc...
