My SIM has stopped working. Unable to make / receive calls or texts.

That could be a SIM issue, a 'phone problem or a network problem. Can you check the SIM in another 'phone and can you put another SIM into your handset ? Can you check the SIM in another location ? Does your 'phone still work on WiFi ?
