I'm just curious to know what is Kies? I see alot of people speaking about it but I'm still unsure.
Is it Samsungs answer to iTunes?

I can't say I've ever been a great fan of iTunes..it's okay at best but that's about it. Plus we had a falling out a few years back (managed to wipe 6 month worth of stuff off my phone).

@Anonymous wrote:Barclays banking app now sees my Galaxy as a new device and I get error code RP002, meaning I have to phone 03..........something and spend half an hour trying to get it sorted!
Sorry to hear that, I punch in my entry code and the app runs just as well as before I updated.
Try going to the app info and wiping cache & data so it asks you to set it up again from scratch.
