Samsung Galaxy FE Watch

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy FE and it said it came with a free watch. I didn't realise I had to purchase the watch myself and claim it back. I ordered the watch and filled in the claim form. I have just had a text to say my claim has been accepted but from the way it is worded it looks like they send out the free gift. Surely they aren't going to send another watch? I have already bought one and don't need two. I just assumed they would refund the cost of the watch making it free. 

Can anyone tell me how the free gifts work please?
