I bought 2 new Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro 31st Aug 2025, when registered in Samsung, both the warranty on each of them Expired 02/2025.

So they are going back for a full refund.

Speak to Samsung and they can update the Warranty expiry date, as we have seen this before at work with some Samsung products where the warranty date was wrong, all it takes is a phone call to be sorted.

Make sure you have proof of purchase.

I have sent all information to Samsung and still the warranty information still showing expired 7 months ago. I shouldn't get all this hassle with a new purchase! O2 will be getting them back tomorrow!!

Agree, but things happen and Samsung make mistakes as much as o2 do... And Samsung should have updated the system to show the correct warranty service

Make sure you tell them you are sending them back if bought online, and allow 14 working days to get any refund...

And btw under UK consumer law, you only need proof of purchase to claim on any warranty...
