I have been having issues with calling in my house. I know I have a bit of a black spot so I called up O2 and they told me I just needed to switch on the option on my phone, as I asked them about switching it on, on their end. That didn't work. They sent me a new sim, that didn't work either. I'm still getting patchy bits around my house. I've tried following the advice of others on this forum and going to the device setting, but this isn't showing on my account. It was there briefly but disappeared when I clicked on it. My broadband is with Virgin and I have volt services. I have a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G What can I do?

@dgibson See if anything here helps: WiFi and 4G Calling: Everything You Need To Know (o2.co.uk)
If not you'll have to get back on to customer service.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

In many Galaxy phones it needs turning on in two places
First in the Call Settings in the Dialer app
Second in the pull down settings menu
