You could always call customer services on 202 to check your account, just in case there's something they can do.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

And maybe it's all because the number is not registered in SIM? Or is it not affected by anything?

As I explained already, O2 don't write numbers to their sims so it has nothing to do with it.
I think you can also use an iPhone to write the number to your sim too but I've always used my old Nokia 3310.

I do think this is the best course of action for this, as I can confirm the Samsung Galaxy S9 devices do support Wifi & 4G Calling on Open Market devices, so there is no reason why this shouldn't be working. My best guess is it's a small issue on the account side of things (correct bolt-on not added or active), or as you ported in from another network, perhaps a provisioning issue.

RE: the site not reflecting this, our apologies for any confusion this caused but we are looking to get this updated to show the correct up-to-date info.

WiFi Calls at my home, then turn on then off. But VoLTE I could not find anywhere in the city center. How do you think it is worth going to Customer Service?

4g calling is only available in certain areas so you may not be in an area serviced for it yet.
