O2 don’t write numbers to their SIM cards. You’ll need an old Nokia to put your sim in to write the number to it.
WiFi calling may not be available on non o2 devices.
I don’t know where yours came from but what is your CSC?

Have you enabled the option under device details in your MyO2?

Well there's no mention of the S9 working on open firmware here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling#samsung-setup
It only mentions the S8.....
When did you turn it on in your MyO2?

I guess the S9 on open firmware isn't supported yet then.

I hope O2 will fix it. It's strange that the WiFi Calling icon is periodically shown in the status bar.
