Hi. Few days on O2 and already questions..I switched from EE and keep my number.

1.Phone Menu- About phone no phone number

2. IMS not registered

3. Voice over WiFi or LTE unavailable

O2 don’t write numbers to their SIM cards. You’ll need an old Nokia to put your sim in to write the number to it.
WiFi calling may not be available on non o2 devices.
I don’t know where yours came from but what is your CSC?

it is UK device BTU firmware. And the same time I have...

Well there's no mention of the S9 working on open firmware here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling#samsung-setup
It only mentions the S8.....

I hope O2 will fix it. It's strange that the WiFi Calling icon is periodically shown in the status bar.
