Back To Square One

Bought my phone about a month ago, it's the HTC Desire S (audio beast version) and was very happy with it though I could not for the life of me find the proper GPRS setting. I searched and searched but to no avail, giving up I came to www.o2.co.uk and chatted with Mohamed who was very good and gave me all the correct settings

I was overjoyed. For about a week when the power button on my new phone stopped working. Thankfully I was under warranty and so was picked up by HTC on the day of my choosing then delivered back two or three days later. Everything was good till I remembered part of the repair procedure was to factory reset the phone and install the latest version of the OS (operation system)

Sure enough all my settings are now gone and I cannot find how I contacted Mohamed

If anyone can tell me the correct GPRS settings for my phone or even Mohamed's phone number, please reply here.

I may be a being a bit silly here but can't you just text 'Active' to 2020 and it sends you all the settings?

Sometimes works and sometimes not, but it's always a good starting point.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I did try sending ACTIVE but since this is done automatically when I put my SIM in a new phone I thought it a little unnecessary, the settings provided by Jonsie work perfectly so problem solved and thanks to Jonsie (Mohamed 2.0)
