Message "sorry your call cannot be continued"

Hi.
While I calling a certain numer the only I can hear is "sorry your call cannot be continued". The number I want to call is on 3 network, this problem started about week ago. It never happened before, always everything was fine.

Hello, @Anonymous and @Anonymous,

As they say, we have seen other customers reporting that, when calling EE numbers, the call disconnects or they hear an engaged tone. Unfortunately, we do not know when it will be resolved but we know they are aware and working on resolving this matter as soon as possible.
